Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist – Containers & Intermodal to manage the full contract lifecycle, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations within a logistics and shipping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial contracts

• Execute sourcing events and support procurement strategies

• Manage contract administration, amendments and compliance

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve contractual issues

• Analyse contract data and prepare management reports

• Support contract implementation across ERP and procurement systems

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive commercial value and mitigate risk

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 3 years' experience in container shipping or general shipping environment (advantageous)

• Strong contract management and commercial negotiation experience

• Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes

• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Power BI or similar) advantageous

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
