An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Manager – Direct Property Investments to lead a direct property portfolio, drive investment performance, and oversee property development, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Honours Degree in Finance, Property, Commerce or equivalent (NQF 8)

• 10+ years' experience in the Property Investment industry

• At least 5 years in a Senior Management role leading teams

• Strong knowledge of Property Asset Management, Property Development, Property Law, Acquisitions & Disposals, and Investment Management

• FAIS RE5 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

• MBA, MCom or MSc in Real Estate advantageous
