A reputable organisation within the financial services/development finance environment is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer.

Key Requirements

• LLB degree – essential

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulatory, legal and compliance environment

• Strong regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement skills

Core KPIs

• Monitor applicable legislation and changes in the regulatory environment

• Develop and implement compliance monitoring and training programmes

• Prepare compliance risk mitigation plans

• Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies

• Support implementation of organisational policies and complaints procedures

• Facilitate compliance and governance reporting
