We proudly executed the Shaping Young Minds initiative at Empire Bus in Johannesburg. Empire Bus is a vital training centre for young people who, after high school, are unsure of their career paths due to lack of financial support. Their crucial mandate is to equip these youth, help them find their purpose, and steer them away from the risks of drug use and gangsterism in the community. Our RecruitCo team spent time engaging with the students, providing invaluable talks on career and skills development, and donated stationery kits on behalf of all the employees.
